General Training Days
On normal training days it is a good idea to stick to a generally healthy and balanced diet in order to help fuel your body for the demands of soccer. In addition to eating the right foods it is also important to avoid bad foods such as candy, chips, soda, and fast food. These foods will only hurt you and further hamper your ability to perform at your best. Below are some examples of proper foods to eat on a general training day.
